What Rituality Wellness can and cannot do
Rituality Wellness is an outpatient psychiatric practice. We do not provide crisis services, after-hours coverage, or emergency care.
We monitor the patient portal during business hours only. You can message us anytime, and your message will be answered promptly during business hours.
If you are a current patient and you are safe but need to be seen sooner than your next appointment, send a message through the portal during business hours.
If you are worried about someone else
- You can call or text 988 to talk through what to do. Trained counselors help families and friends, not only the person in crisis.
- Stay with them if you can. Remove access to anything they could use to hurt themselves. Take them to an emergency room, or call 911 if they are in immediate danger.
- Asking someone directly whether they are thinking about harming themselves does not put the idea in their head. It gives them permission to answer honestly.
